Our Staff

Lisa has been our Kennel Manager since April of 2010, but began her career in the pet care field in 1998. Her introduction to Broadway Veterinary Clinic was as a longtime client of ours, which allowed her to get to know many of our staff and doctors. "Each and every one of them have the most caring hearts," she says. "This practice goes above and beyond and has proven time and again that the care your animal will receive is excellent."

Lisa is very active with Animal Rescue by helping either transport animals to safety or providing a foster home. Her animal family includes an Australian Shepherd mix named CheyAnne, Golden Retriever named Vanna, Australian Shepherd named Wynter, and an American Pitbull Terrier named Samson. She also still holds a number of pets close to her heart that have passed away, which includes Conan, Monty, Branson, Dallas, Phoenix, Shadow, and Dakota.

Samantha is our office manager and has been a member of the Broadway Veterinary Clinic staff since June of 2009. She says, "I am very proud of the care we give our patients. Our clients enjoy our smiling faces every time they come into the clinic."

Her pets include an Anatolian Shepherd mix named Max and a Retriever mix named Maddy. Samantha’s interests include
bowling, fishing, camping and reading.

Our Practice Manager and Bookkeeper Cindy Gatz has been with Broadway Veterinary Clinic since she and her husband, Dr. David Gatz, purchased the practice in 1991. Though she has been with the Clinic since its founding, she got her start caring for animals growing up on her family’s farm by milking cows, feeding and watering pigs, butchering chickens, and helping make homemade sausage.

Asked what she enjoys most about her work, she says, "I enjoy the personal relationships we develop with our clients and their pets. Our staff is highly trained, professional and each has a true compassion for animals."

The Gatz's pets include a cat named Pepe Le Pu, border collie mix named Cheerio, German shorthair named Tucker, and a hound mix named Sybill. With her free time she enjoys running, gardening and reading the Bible.

Jessica is a Registered Veterinary Technician who has been with Broadway Veterinary Clinic since February of 2006. She holds an Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology from Maple Woods Community College. She says she is proud of the good treatment and high standard of care and compassion all pets receive at the Clinic.

At home, she has an Australian Shepherd mix named Boise, Shepherd mix named Chiro, and several cats. Jessica’s interests include gardening, reading, baking, watching movies, hiking, cooking, and yoga.

Stephanie is a Veterinary Technician who has been with Broadway Veterinary Clinic since August of 2008, but began her career in 1997. She has an Associate’s degree in Science.

Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist Sarah has been with Broadway Veterinary Clinic since August of 2010 and began working in the animal care field a year prior to that. She says, "I enjoy the dedication shown to our clients by the staff and the exceptional care for their four-legged family members. I also love the small town clinic atmosphere and the relationships we have developed with our clients."

At home, Sarah has a Rat Terrier named Rosie, Setter/Labrador mix named Trixie, and a Golden Retriever named Ziggy. In her free time, she likes to cook (she has a cooking degree), spending time with her family, and playing with her dogs.

Jen is a Veterinary Technician that has been with Broadway Veterinary Clinic since November of 2010, but began her career in 2002. She has a Veterinary Nursing degree from the College of Southern Nevada.

Her animal family includes cats and dogs.

Kennel Assistant Natasha has been with Broadway Veterinary Clinic since October of 2010, but says she has been working with animals almost her entire life. She adds that she very much enjoys being able to interact with the animals that are our boarding guests.

At home, Natasha has a Greyhound/ Plott Hound mix named Darla, Dachshund named Jeffrey, two Beagles named Lucky and Cookie, orange tabby named Gary, tabby/exotic mix named Penelope, standard rat named Rodger, and a fancy rat named Elfie. She enjoys spending her free time doing rescue work.
